The conference, the exhibitions, and the Workshops were highly informative.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞:

One of the most engaging Keynote Presentations at the conference was 𝗦𝗙𝗜𝗔, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.

Dr. Lamia Sakr brilliantly talked about how the #SFIA assessment tool can help identify the skills an organization has versus what they think they have and what they really need.
 
And on a side discussion, I got to confirm that #coaching is one of the skills that #SFIA identifies and provides an action plan for accordingly. More about that will be shared soon.
 
Another interesting Panel was 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (#pmiksa), led by H.E. Nourah Alshaban.

I first met H.E Nourah Alshaban at the #WILForum 12 years ago. Since then, I witnessed how she creatively progressed in her career till a Royal Decree appointed her to become one of the Saudi Shura Council members. It was nice seeing her after all these years, and at a conference too 🙂
