Rock the Rollercoaster: Accept, Change, and Surf the Waves of Life
Life is a ride, full of surprises, challenges, and fun. It’s time to love it and make every moment count!
So, today, I will share with you one of the skills I learned in supporting this ride and mastering comfort zones: real and fake.
“Accept the things you cannot change.”
This will help you move from your fake to your real comfort zone. Imagine this: you’re in a traffic jam when you’re supposed to be at that big meeting. Frustrating, right? Instead of freaking out, take a chill pill and accept the reality. Traffic is not something you can control, so try listening to some podcasts and enjoying the extra me-time. Accepting the things you can’t change gives you more energy to focus on the things you can.
“Have the courage to change the things you can!”
Think of yourself as the brave driver of your life’s rollercoaster. Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but never dared to do? Go for it! Whether starting your own business, exploring new places, or mastering a new skill, find your courage and make the changes that will light up your life.
“Have the wisdom to know the difference.”
This will support you in navigating your comfort zones, in and out. That’s where wisdom comes in handy. Ask for advice from people you trust, learn from the stories of others, and listen to your gut. Trust your intuition and develop the wisdom to handle the ups and downs with ease.
So, my friends, let’s rock the rollercoaster of life! Accept the things we cannot change, have the courage to change what we can, and get the wisdom to know the difference.
Strap in, hold on tight, and enjoy the awesome ride.
Remember, it’s the highs and lows that make life an adventure worth living!
