We can all strive to be “unreasonable.” Recognize that you are here for a reason; wake up every morning and decide how you can move the world forward. You are needed, and you can make a difference because your actions affect the world around you.

This philosophy motivated me to develop businesses and services that are more ethical, transparent, and compassionate—businesses that make a profit but also make a difference in our world.

A perspective forged from diverse work experiences.

Over the past 20 years, each path I’ve pursued has provided valuable lessons on my journey to becoming an impact-focused entrepreneur: each experience has overlapped and intersected with the last, and each has reinforced the profound impact that comes from a desire to create change in the world.

Making a positive difference in someone’s life is tremendously fulfilling, and the overriding theme in all of my work has been to give back to others. For example, language and translation studies helped me co-found LadyLingua, which helps entrepreneurs crafting their businesses brand and message while empowering women who choose to work from home. My work as a volunteer ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor positively impacted the lives of children and adults and led to my founding of R-School—an online educational platform that helps both parents and kids enjoy the learning process, together, in a fun and innovative way.

When we work together to build a business or service that is ethical and transparent, we help the world understand that success can be determined by both profit and cultural impact. We can enhance the quality of life for employees, customers, and our shared greater communities. My clients—entrepreneurs, educators, parents, and corporations—comprise diverse communities. All are different, but the common thread is that they trust me as their partner, because I am determined to work collaboratively to solve their toughest challenges. Together, we prove that with faith, passion, and drive, no goal is insurmountable, and in reality, most dreams can be achieved.
